How do I access the car park?
Go to the vehicle entrance located at 25 rue Geoffroy-Saint-Hilaire (the entrance located at 15 rue Censier is not equipped)
Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit".
Once the barrier is open, park where you want (the choice is free)
To leave the car park on foot, follow the signs for the public car park
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Returning to the car park on foot is possible at 6 rue du Fer à Moulin or 15 rue Censier
You will find Indigo Neo digicodes: enter the pedestrian code indicated in the Indigo Neo application to access the car park
You can then collect your vehicle and go to the exit
