How to access the car park?
At your arrival at the De Klokke parking lot, located at Klokkestraat 28, 3740 Bilzen, present yourself in front of the gate. Access is by Bluetooth: open the gate directly from your phone using the Indigo Neo application.
How to retrieve your vehicle?
When heading back to the De Klokke parking lot, enter through one of the pedestrian accesses equipped with an Indigo Neo entry code. To display the pedestrian access code, go to your ongoing parking session in the Indigo Neo app. When you exit, use Bluetooth again to open the gate.
