Go to the entrance of the car park located between 6 and 8 rue Victor Hugo, 92400 Courbevoie Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go up to level +1 by the vehicle ramp in front of you (follow the Indigo Neo sign) Spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want. To leave the car park on foot, take the stairs; follow the pavement to the barrier overlooking 10 rue de l'Abreuvoir: access is open (outdoor parking, no door) You will leave the car park at 10 rue de l'Abreuvoir, 92400 Courbevoie
How to retrieve your vehicle?
You must take the access from the car park (10 rue de l'Abreuvoir, between the post office and the bakery: open access next to the gate) Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate on the ground floor. Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park between 6 and 8 rue Victor Hugo
