How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park located at 34 rue Brancion Go forward 25 metres, you have the choice between 3 lanes: take the middle lane (which goes down, indicated by a blue arrow) and go down to the gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription to open the gate Go down to level -3 (follow the Indigo Neo signs) The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces , choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and use the stairs. You will then leave the car park at 12-18 rue de Vouillé
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park (12-18 rue de Vouillé) On the code of the building, enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) After having passed this door, stop in front of the metal door located a few metres further on your right: you will find an Indigo Neo digicode on which you enter the same code Go down the stairs to level -3 Once your vehicle is collected, follow the "Sortir" signs to go to the gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park at 34 rue Brancion
