How to access the car park?
Go to the entrance of the car park at Impasse Fortin, 75008 Paris: to get there, go down rue d'Artois to number 21, then immediately turn right to get to the green gate where there is an Indigo Neo sign To open this gate, activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current subscription Go forward 20 metres then follow the Indigo Neo sign which indicates you to take the ramp that goes down to your right You will arrive in front of a second gate: press the "Enter" button again to open it You will then be able to park on one of the spaces reserved for Indigo Neo: these are marked with an “Indigo Neo Réservé” sign (level -1: spaces n° 7 and 9 / level -3: spaces n° 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21 / level -4: spaces n° 30, 32, 36, 42, 43 and 44) To leave the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo pedestrian signs leading to the stairs, go up the stairs until you pass the small wooden gate, then press the push button to access the entrance hall of the building You will then come out on the street at 26 rue de Berri
How to retrieve your vehicle?
It is necessary to go to 26 rue de Berri (just to the left of the CMG Sports club) On the digicode of the building, enter the code of your current subscription from the application Oppisite you, a few metres away, you will find a door next to which is fixed an Indigo Neo digicode: enter the same code Go down the stairs to access the car park and get your vehicle Go to the first exit gate and open it: activate the Bluetooth function on your phone ; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current subscription Then go to the green gate: it will open automatically on your approach You will leave the car park at 21 rue d'Artois
