How to access the car park?
Go to the car park entrance at 15 rue du Parc, 92300 Levallois-Perret Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your booking / current subscription to open the gate Go down to level -2 and park on an Indigo Neo space: they are marked with an "Indigo Neo Réservé" sign To leave the car park on foot, follow the Indigo Neo signs You will reach the street at 53 rue Baudin
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park at 53 rue Baudin You will find a digicode with an Indigo Neo sticker: enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once in front of the exit gate, activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription You will then leave the car park at 15 rue du Parc
