Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". Once you have entered the car park, at the end of the acess ramp, turn left and follow the Indigo Neo signs to go to the Indigo Neo spaces The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Réservé" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To leave the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and use the vehicle entrance ramp You will then reach the street at 143 boulevard Lefebvre
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access by which you left the car park (143 boulevard Lefebvre) You will find an Indigo Neo digicode on which to enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription (on the application) Once your vehicle is collected, go to the bottom of the acess ramp by following the car park sign (same ramp as the entrance) Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". You will then leave the car park at 135 boulevard Lefebvre
