How to access the car park?
Go to the car park entrance at 199 rue Saint-Charles, 75015 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Enter" button corresponding to your current reservation/ subscription The two gates will then open at the same time, thus allowing you to go directly to level -1 (one and only level) The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an “Indigo Neo Reserved” sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs and exit the car park: turn left and then right to find the stairs that will take you to the ground floor You can access the street through the entrance hall of 199 rue Saint Charles
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (199 rue Saint-Charles) On the two digicodes encountered (gate to street and front door of the building), enter the code given in your current reservation/ subscription ( on the application) Once inside the hall of the building, use the "Parking" door on your right; you will find an Indigo Neo digicode: enter the same code (be careful: the "Parking" door on your left will not allow you to access the car park) Once your vehicle is collected, go to the exit gate Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone, go to the Indigo Neo app; press the Bluetooth icon at the bottom left of the home screen; press the "Exit" button corresponding to your current booking / subscription. You will then leave the car park at 199 rue Saint-Charles
