How to access the car park?
Go to the car park entrance at 14 rue des Prairies, 75020 Paris Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". Go down to level -1 The spaces dedicated for Indigo Neo users are marked with an "Indigo Neo Reserved" sign: from these spaces, choose the one you want To exit the car park on foot, follow the pedestrian signs (the pedestrian exit is located near the vehicle entrance) Take the outside stairs on your left, continue straight away until your arrive at the entry hall (pedestrians sign will be place all along the way) You will reach the street at 14 rue des Prairies
How to retrieve your vehicle?
Use the pedestrian access through which you left the car park (14 rue des Prairies) On the code of the building, enter the code given in your current subscription (on the application) Go straight into the hall to reach the court, go down the stairs, then turn right at the Indigo Neo sign; you will find a parking access door equipped with a second Indigo Neo digicode: enter the same code Once your vehicle is collected, go to the gate Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone; go to the Indigo Neo app; To open the gate, access your booking or subscription from the main screen ("My purchases" section), and click on the "Open gates with Bluetooth". Then, click on the relevant button "Enter" or "Exit". You will then leave the car park at 14 rue des Prairies
